From construction beginner to confident construction professional. This 12-week program combines four tracks throughout: Construction Knowledge, Business Acumen, Communication, and Leadership. Rather than teaching construction terminology in isolation, the program is built around a real mental model -- understanding who's who on a project, how a project moves through its full lifecycle, and how to balance cost, time, quality, and risk while communicating like a professional. The program culminates in a capstone project: a mock 50,000-square-foot commercial building, complete with drawings, a budget, a schedule, subcontractor bids, and unexpected problems to solve -- ending in a real executive presentation.
